You can check if your date is available by filling out the contact form on our website.

Once we receive your submission, we’ll review our calendar and email you back to confirm whether your requested date is open.


Yes! We would love to set up a tour with you.  Please keep in mind that your date is not officially reserved until we receive your deposit. We recommend securing your date as soon as you’re ready to move forward.


We’re so happy you’re ready to book!

Here’s what happens next:

• We will email you a contract and invoice to complete your venue rental.

• To officially secure your date, you’ll need to sign the contract and submit a 50% deposit.

• The remaining 50% balance is due two weeks prior to your event date.


50% deposit to hold date final payment due two week before your event.


Zelle  or Credit card (there will be a 4% convenience fee) 


Deposit not refundable.

Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable.


We can accommodate 50 guest. 

32 seated guest 


Absolutely! We also have lots of options for you to rent! 


We do not allow , flames of any kind, weapons of any kind, or glitter


We have a small patio you can use that is in front of the venue. 


Yes we have a bluetooth speaker you can connect with. 


No, we do not have a full kitchen available. However, we do offer a prep space and refrigerator for an additional fee. Let us know if you’d like more details!


Free Parking for 20 cars.  Additional parking available if needed.


Yes! We are BYOB .  BYOB Liability Waiver is required  before event 


No we do not require security 


Outside catering is allowed. We have vendor suggestions by request 


Black Linens  are provided . Other colors are available to rent. 


Pets are allowed with permission and pet fee


Your rental includes the following items and amenities:

• 2 cocktail tables with 

black spandex linens

• 2 six-foot folding tables with 

black spandex linens

• 4 white six-foot wood tables

• white wood bar

• 32 chairs preset at the white wood tables

• 8 additional white folding chairs available (stored in the closet; may be added to tables as needed)

• TV available for slideshow presentations

• Bluetooth speaker for music


All tables and the room are preset prior to your arrival. 

You are welcome to rearrange the tables and layout to fit your event needs.


Additional décor add-ons are available for an extra fee. Let us know if you’d like more details!d an answer to this item.


$95+tax per hour

$75 cleaning fee


Make sure to include set up and clean up time in your rental.
